Rewards

I've found myself increasingly experimenting with how I approach rewards during tutoring sessions.

In schools, we have merits and demerits, which often work well across the Lower and Middle school sections.

Such a system doesn't really exist in the world of private tutoring, so I've been giving e-stickers instead, which add an element of humour

I would be interested to hear from anyone - teacher, tutor or otherwise - how they introduce rewards into lessons that go beyond merits!
